Since the Garden Room walls are not load bearing, no messy, expensive foundation works are required. Crystal Garden Room has been independently tested by Teeside University to ensure British Building Standards are met. This allow us to install your Garden Room in one day at a significant saving on the cost of a traditional conservatory.

Design
The Crystal Garden Room's award winning design incorporates Crystal's Cantilever Canopy roof, utilising where appropriate their design registered Arch Beam to provide double strength and elegance. Crystal's beams are finished with their unique infill panels which ensure a smart attractive fascia with no bolts or fixings showing. Infills also allow the electrical wiring for your Garden Room to be discretely concealed. The walls, windows and doors are manufactured in the highest quality UPVC to provide long lasting and non-fade finishes. All aluminium profiles are powdered coated to match the customers chosen colour.

Using BS6399 the loadings which the Crystal Canopy Roof would require to withstand have been expertly calculated and under independent tests found to significantly exceed these calculated load requirements. We offer therefore a "no-quibble" 5 year guarantee on every installation and a separate manufacturers 10 year warranty on the poly-carbonate roof system.

Installation
The Garden Room is installed directly onto the side of your home using Crystal's Cantilever Beam. No additional supports or foundation works are required, so there is no mess. Our installation team will normally install your Garden Room within a day, with the minimum of disruption.

No foundations whatsoever are required for Crystal’s range of quality Garden Rooms. Should a competitor company make the same claim, test that claim by simply asking: “What’s going to hold my Garden Room up?” You’ll then find that there will be requirements for foundations in some guise or other or your Garden Room will not stand up!
Crystal Canopies unique arch design means that your Garden Room is fixed to an existing wall and the room rests on existing paving or a Garden or decking.
